Meet Lil Bit and Booker, My K-9 Assistants

During many of my treatments one or both of my canine companions may be the first to greet you at the door and the last to wag their goodbyes. While both dogs are accustomed to work and love the people they meet, they are both large.

If you have any concerns about their presence please let me know in advance and other arrangements can be easily made. This is your time, be comfortable.

For those of you who could use a cold nose and warm tongue you have come to the right place!

Hi, I'm Booker!

I'm an 8 year old bird dog and boxer mix and I've been an assistant at NOLA Five Element my whole life! I started coming here in 2018 when we opened and I've never met a person I didn't like. Especially if you rub my belly. As you can see from my smile and my bow tie I am a gentleman and a gentle soul.

Since Lil Bit joined the team I have tried to teach her the ropes, but as you will learn, Bittie has her own way. I have found it advantageous to submit and let her drag me by my collar on more than one occasion.

Welcome to our home away from home! You will find me in my papasan or my leather couch, please don't pass me by without some of that good tummy lovin'.

Hello World! I'm Lil Bit!

"A Lil Bit of what?" you might ask. I've heard it said I got the name because I was smaller when they found me by the tracks in the dark days of 2020 - but I still fit into my shark suit so who's complaining? Some people think I've gotten by on my looks. Sure I'm cute, sure it's saved me. But I'm not just another pretty face.

I'm a hard headed tough gal from the streets of New Orleans so if you're coming for a tug-o-war you'll have to meet me at home because I generally nap during work. First timers say I'm a sweetie but those in the know have seen me decimate a box in minutes.

If you like to snore, suck on your bed while tearing out it's stuffing, torment your older brother, or generally get into shenanigans anytime possible then we should hang out! I'm the one sucking on my puff ball bed at your feet.
