THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

I started my healing journey in 2004 by studying four different Asian styles of massage: acupressure, Chinese medical massage (Tuina), Japanese compression massage (Shiatsu) and Thai yoga massage.  Each system is based on the same principles as acupuncture.  That's why I build therapeutic bodywork into every session.  For those who are particularly sensitive to needling it is possible to rely entirely upon acupressure and bodywork.

 

Bodywork styles may also include cupping (pictured), Swedish, deep tissue and crania-sacral massage, as well as reiki.  All sessions are 100% unique and tailored to wherever you are in that moment.
